Bernadette is a highly respected Neurological Pilates and Movement Based Therapy Specialist with decades of experience helping individuals with neurological conditions, chronic illnesses, and cancer regain strength, balance, and confidence through safe, adaptive movement.
Bernadette’s education and expertise are rooted in a comprehensive background in alternative medicine and specialized movement based therapies. She attended Everglades University, where she studied Alternative Medicine, and holds numerous advanced certifications, including:

- GYROTONIC® Trainer
- Master Herbalist and Reiki Master
- Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor
- Certified Pilates for Rehabilitation Specialist
- PBT (Progressive Ballet Technique) Instructor

- Certified in Myofascial Release
- Advanced Applied Kinesiology
- Advanced Pilates for Neurological Condtions Specialist
Bernadette has also created her own Pilates Mat and Pilates Equipment Certification curriculum, as well as a specialized movement program for individuals with cancer and chronic illnesses.
With a background as a professional ballet dancer, ballet teacher, and university professor, Bernadette brings a unique understanding of the human body, alignment, and movement mechanics. Her extensive experience as a Master Trainer includes working with individuals facing lymphedema, cancer, and complex chronic health challenges.
Her specialized training includes Pilates for Neurological Conditions and Advanced Pilates for Neurological Conditions, giving her the tools to design safe, effective programs for clients with a wide range of neurological and chronic health concerns.
